Taiga Hada returns to Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team

The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Taiga Hada as a rider until the end of the season. The talented 24-year-old Japanese rider, who was already part of the team in 2022, returns to the ranks of the ISB Sport ambassador team to showcase his full potential in the upcoming World Championship events. After a bittersweet ending due to forearm issues, Hada rejoins the team following a successful operation in Japan. The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team is confident that he will be in prime condition to perform exceptionally on the track.

Taiga Hada has expressed his enthusiasm for being back with the Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team for the remainder of the season, fueled by his excellent physical condition. The Japanese rider is fully committed to giving his best every weekend throughout the season, grateful for this new opportunity, and extends his thanks to everyone who made it possible in record time.

Edu Perales, CEO of the team, stated, “We have made this decision in agreement with our partner in Indonesia, providing Taiga with this opportunity. He demonstrated his potential to the team last year, and we are extremely confident that he will perform very well. As always, we will offer Taiga our full support. On the other hand, we considered the option of promoting our JrGP rider, Carlos Tatay, but after discussions with him, we decided to discard it as it would prevent him from continuing to compete in the JrGP. We prefer Tatay to continue his development in that category.”

The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team is thrilled to have Taiga Hada back on board and is looking forward to witnessing his exceptional skills and dedication on the track for the remainder of the season.
