An exciting Spanish cyclocross Championships<\/a> end, sponsored by ISB Sport, with a stellar participation and where the two great dominators of the national CX have fulfilled their label of favorites and have added their fifth title of champions of Spain in elite category.<\/p>\n

The technical circuit prepared in the town of Vic to host the celebration of this Spanish CX Championship 2023 has been the stage on which Felipe Orts has won his fifth consecutive national title. Jofre Cullell, who ran at home and has received the warmth of friends and family who have come to support him, has become the main adversary of the Burgos-BH cyclist, who since the start has set a pace that only the Catalan has been able to follow and has achieved the second position 24 “behind Orts, who has assured that it has been the race with more pressure of the whole year and that everything that was not winning would have been considered a disappointment.<\/p>\n

Kevin Su\u00e1rez, who due to the great season that is curdling was postulated as the main rival of Orts, has been cut from the first bars and has not had options to fight for gold at any time and has finished in 3rd position.<\/p>\n

\"Campeonato<\/p>\n

On the other hand, in the elite female category, the three runners who would eventually take the podium \u2013 Teruel, Luc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez and Rodr\u00edguez \u2013 have unleashed among them the fight for the national title. The battle, as all the bets pointed out, has been won by the defending champion who, meter by meter, has begun to open a valuable advantage over her two main competitors who have had to settle for fighting for silver. With this new and hard-fought victory, Luc\u00eda adds her fourth consecutive Spanish championship, and fifth in total.<\/p>\n

Vic says goodbye with note of these Championships that in 2024 will be held in the Alava town of Amurrio.<\/p>\n
