On March 4, the 13th edition of the Andaluc\u00eda Bike Race by GARMIN<\/a> ended, a race of 6 stages of pure Mountain Bike in pairs. A test of circular stages (round trip), with start and finish in the same town, an amazing and fun route full of contrasts around Ja\u00e9n and C\u00f3rdoba and 336 kilometers and 9,400 meters of accumulated altitude along the six stages.<\/p>\n

In this test, we were able to enjoy the ISB Sport ambassador team, the renowned Cannondale Vas Arabay<\/a>. Who had 3 couples, who moved to Andaluc\u00eda to run this unique test in Spain.<\/p>\n

The first pair formed by Roberto Bou and Miguel Mu\u00f1oz and also in the elite male category Francisco Herrero and Raul Bermudez made a duo.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, in the female category the couple Cannondale Vas Arabay was formed by Monica Calder\u00f3n and Greete Seteinburg.<\/p>\n

The duo formed by Roberto Bou and Miguel Mu\u00f1oz has fought every day for the podium positions, they have finished in more than one era in third place of march and these regular results have led them to conclude the test in fourth position. Until the last day Roberto and Miguel have been a few seconds away from finishing in third position but almost escaped.<\/p>\n

The pair formed by Franciso and Raul has gone from less to more, starting the Andaluc\u00eda Bike Race in the 14th position and with the course of the tests, they have fought to be able to enter the top 10 of the general classification. Unfortunately, in the penultimate stage, a strong fall of Francisco made him lose any option in the general classification.<\/p>\n

In the women’s category, a very good race of Monica and Greete, has allowed them to be in the top 5 most of the stages and this regularity has led them to finish the race in 6th position.<\/p>\n

With the completion of this thirteenth stage of the Andaluc\u00eda Bike Race, the Cannondale team and its ISB Sport ambassadors, leave with a very good taste in their mouths, knowing that they have competed face to face with very strong couples nationally and internationally and have stepped on the podium in some other stage.<\/p>\n

In addition, the excitement does not end here, since the next race is the most important race in the world, the Cape Epic<\/a>. Where soon we will know which are the couples that will form a team for this spectacular test.<\/p>\n
