The Moto GP Championship has landed this weekend in Le Mans, France. The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team knew the difficulty of the circuit and faced a tough weekend for the ISB Sport ambassadors.<\/p>\n

The riders of the Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team started the weekend looking for their rhythm in the free practice. They did not stand out for achieving great times in their time attack so they were forced to go through Q1 and fight to be able to pass to the second qualifying round. Lorenzo Dalla Porta stayed in this session while the Dutch rider Bo Bendsneyder managed to pass to Q2 thanks to the 1’36.548 he made.\u00a0 In Q2 he could not beat his previous record and got the 14th position for the starting grid.<\/p>\n

Sunday arrived and after watching a very fast Moto3 race, it was the turn of the medium category, Moto2. The ISB Sport ambassador riders of the Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team placed 25th (Dalla Porta) and 14th (Bendsneyder). The appearance of the red flag slowed the pace of Bendsneyder who was determined to climb several positions to reach the points area, after the protocol of the second exit, Dalla Porta made a great start, rising again in the fight for points. The race was difficult for our ambassadors and there was no great excitement for our drivers who did not enter the point\u2019s zone.<\/p>\n

Now it’s time to wait for the Mugello GP that will take place at the beginning of April. Let’s hope that ISB Sport ambassadors can fight in the next grand prix!<\/p>\n
