CHAMPION OF CATALONIA XCM
Spectacular performance of our young rider Joana Puig in the championship of Catalonia. After a tough race marked by high temperatures and a very demanding course, Joana has taken the U23 victory and a super meritorious 2nd overall position in a day with a great level in female category.
We are still focused on the next goals of the season, where we will try to keep fighting in the next Spanish Cups and we are looking forward to face La Rioja Bike Race. Let’s go for it champion!
Spanish Cup in Teruel
In the fourth round of the Spanish Cup in Teruel, the performance of our riders was extraordinary highlighting the victory of Joana in U23 category and the 4th position of Dani Gelabert.
Catalonia Marathon Championship
Bittersweet day for the team, where mechanical problems have left out of the race Oriol Camps and Víctor Fernández when they were riding in front positions. The luck was not with Carlos Gamez that when he was fighting for the podium, cramps prevented him from pushing to the end. To highlight a meritorious 5th position u23 for Dani Gelabert.
The good part of the day is on the part of our female rider Joana Puig who got the 1st position u23 and be 2nd overall.
Marathon cup in Cambrils
Great weekend where we managed to get two of our riders in the Top 15 of the overall standings, with a magnificent second position sub23 of Oriol Camps and a meritorious seventh position elite for Víctor Fernández. Congratulations guys!
Open Maxxis and the Catalan Marathon Cup
We complete the weekend with a new podium of our guys! In the second scoring race for the Open Maxxis and the Catalan Marathon Cup, our guys have won in the U23 category occupying the first and second position, which has earned Ignasi Rivera to take the lead in the overall!
Spanish Cup in Guadalcana
Finished the second round of the Spanish Cup in Guadalcanal!
Joana has achieved a meritorious second place overall and a first place in the U23 category.
Valuable points to unmark herself in the overall and be even more leader.
Spanish Cup Calamocha
Brutal performance of the whole team in the first Spanish Cup of the year. Very hard and long race marked by wind and heat.
Joana Puig took the first place u23, placing herself leader of the cup and making a third place overall in the race.
On the part of our guys, Dani Gelabert was at the gates of the podium obtaining a meritorious fourth position u23, Víctor Fernández came in 18th. Great job from all of them!
