10 Giu Tucans crowned champions of Catalonia
Last Saturday, June 7th, the Francesc Calvo Pavilion in Rubí hosted an action-packed day of inline hockey with the Catalan Senior Women’s Championship taking center stage.
The Tucans Asme women’s team delivered a flawless performance, starting with a strong 3-0 victory in the morning semifinal against Barcelona Tsunamis. With that win, they booked their spot in the grand final.
A final to remember
Later that afternoon, Tucans faced HCR Cent Patins in what turned out to be an absolute thriller. The match was neck and neck, full of intensity, goals, and edge-of-your-seat moments right until the final buzzer. But the Tucans kept their composure and struck at the right time, sealing a memorable 6-4 win to be crowned champions of Catalonia.
