A strong presence of cyclists from the Da-Tor\/Isb team at the prestigious road race, now in its ninth edition, is part of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series calendar, a qualifying event for the 2026 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, and is part of the prestigious Specialized Granfondo Series and Prestigio 2025 circuits.
\nTwo routes are scheduled: the 126 km Granfondo and the 101 km Medio Fondo.
\nIn the Gran Fondo, the best finisher from the Lecco team was Riccardo Zacchi, who finished 35th, seventh in his 35-39 age category. Close behind (39th) was Andrea Miotto, who finished fourth in the 40-44 age group. Worth noting was Luigi Filipazzi’s (510th) category victory, the best among the 65-69 age group.
\nIn the Medio Fondo, Andrea Mariani’s fourth place overall stood out, taking third place among the 19-34 age group. Aldo Barone (36th), Paolo Montini (57th), and Claudio Ernesto Monti (118th) also won bronze medals in their respective 40-44, 50-54, and 55-59 age groups.<\/p>\n
