This result allowed them to finish tenth overall and, above all, regain confidence after a difficult start, hampered by Taffarel&#8217;s recent health issues. The duo&#8217;s progress throughout the week strengthens their aspirations for the upcoming Cape Epic in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s category, the young Maria Zarantonello shone in her debut in a stage race. Alongside Costanza Fasolis, he maintained consistent performance throughout the competition, ultimately achieving a commendable fourth place overall. After starting with a fifth-place finish in the time trial, the duo remained close to the podium all week, confirming Zarantonello&#8217;s potential in this type of competition.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Colombian Diego Arias and Andrea Candeago also demonstrated competitive spirit.
