DOCUMENTAL METALLURGICA VENETA PRO TEAM

The Metallurgica Veneta Pro Team, an ISB SPORT ambassador, shares its official race documentary.

The 2026 Andalucía Bike Race was much more than a stage race: it was a week of maximum effort, intense emotions, and moments that tested both body and mind. Now, the Metallurgica Veneta Pro Team, an ISB SPORT ambassador, shares an inside look at everything they experienced during the race in this documentary.

Throughout several demanding stages along the spectacular Andalusian routes, the team faced long days on the bike, constant physical challenges, and extreme situations typical of one of the most prestigious MTB stage races on the international calendar.

The documentary shows the more human side of the competition: the pre-race preparation, the tension before each start, the difficult moments during the stages, and also the satisfaction of crossing the finish line after each day. An intense week where every kilometer counts and where teamwork is key to moving forward.

After six days of competition, the sporting results also included some great moments. The men’s duo of Eskil Evensen-Lie and Nicola Taffarel achieved a remarkable third place in the final stage held in Córdoba, while in the women’s category, Maria Zarantonello and Costanza Fasolis delivered a solid performance throughout the week, finishing fourth overall. Meanwhile, Diego Arias and Andrea Candeago demonstrated character and resilience on a particularly technical course.

But beyond the results, this documentary reflects what it truly means to compete at the highest level in events of this caliber: overcoming challenges, camaraderie, and a passion for mountain biking.

At ISB SPORT, we are proud to support the Metallurgica Veneta Pro Team in challenges like this, where the reliability, performance, and durability of our bearings allow the riders to focus on what matters most: giving their all every kilometer.
