The young 19-year-old Costa Rican cyclist, Kenny Chaves, has achieved a well-deserved victory in the Under 23 category in the Central American Road Championship, making this feat his best triumph this year.
He currently rides for Team Costa Frut-Go Rigo and is an ambassador of ISB Sport since 2021.
