We leave Magny Cours with an excellent start and a bitter conclusion.
After a great performance with first place in the FP, Matteo Vannucci placed 4th in the SUPERPOLE despite a busy qualifying hampered by riders looking to slipstream to set the best time.
In race 1 Matteo Vannucci #91 sets the pace and breaks up the group, leading the entire race, but a bad contact halfway through the last lap forces him to seventh position while he was fighting for the podium.
Raffaele Tragni #41 recovers several positions and does not give up on the chasing group, he closes by recovering eight positions, placing himself in twentieth place.
In race 2 Matteo Vannucci falls on the first lap due to a film on the visor of a helmet in his path, he starts again but the gap from the group is too large.
Raffaele Tragni is unable to improve his position compared to race 1 due to a difficult start.
Vannucci still takes home valuable points in race 1, fundamental for the 300 supersport world championship standings, Aragon and Portimao are still missing and there are still 100 points up for grabs.
