SCOTT CALA BANDIDA IN THE INDOMABLE

This Saturday was the first meeting of the season in Spain of the UCI Gravel World Series, La Indomable. Mantecón was just outside the podium and Jose María was in the top 10.

Sergio Mantecón once again demonstrated his great form by finishing fourth in the first UCI Gravel World Series of the season in Spain. A race of 96 km and 2,400 m of positive elevation gain that the bandido completed in 3 hours and 27 minutes.

The other big news of the weekend was the return of Jose María Sánchez after a few months off the bike. The Andalusian came back stronger than ever and managed a sixth position, just 4 minutes behind Sergio.

We could also see Miquel and Natalia in Almeria. Miquel finished in the top 20 and Natalia, who was in the first positions, had a mechanical breakdown that made her lose more than an hour, finishing in ninth position in the women’s category.
