In advance of the inauguration of the new ISB Industries headquarters in Brazil, which is being held today, the ISB Group’s sports line, ISB SPORT Bearings, has been present at one of the most important cycling events in the country, the Brasil Ride Bahia.
The competition had the participation of 6 riders from the brand, with Ernesto Abad Mostajo (CEO of ISB Ibérica) at the head of the team, as well as the Cannondale Vas Arabay Team, ambassador of ISB Sport. Two teams, one pro and one amateur, but with the same enthusiasm and desire.
Tessa Kortekaas was Champion in the women’s category followed by Mónica Calderón with a great 2nd position overall. In the men’s category, Roberto Bou finished in 5th position, fighting until the last moment with the best in the world. On the other hand, the ISB Sport Cycling amateur team finished the very tough 7 stages of the Brasil Ride Bahia 2023 with good feelings and the desire to return.
Without a doubt, it has been an impressive experience through the heart of Brazil, with the challenge of exceeding the limits of each cyclist and getting as close as possible to nature in a unique environment. The ISB Sport bearings, used by the entire Team, once again demonstrated their reliability and performance, in the harshest conditions of high competition.
