In this 2024, the Cannondale-ISB Sport team is betting heavily on the women’s section in the Universo Mujer program, supported by the Consejo Superior de Deporte. This initiative focuses on female empowerment, the strengthening of elite sport and a firm commitment to the future. Simultaneously, the men’s section bets on new talents, combining youth with the experience of consolidated riders.

After a successful 2023 season, the new phase under the Cannondale-ISB Sport banner promises to continue the tradition of dedication and passion for cycling and competition that has characterized the team throughout its 15-year history.

Successes achieved and future goals

The previous season was exceptional, with multiple national titles, Pan American titles and outstanding victories in international competitions. Cannondale-ISB Sport is now eager to take that winning spirit to new competitions and challenges in the exciting world of Cross Country Marathon.

The roster for 2024 is renewed and strengthened with the continuity of Monica Calderon and Tessa Kortekaas, and the addition of experienced rider Meritxell Figueras. The commitment to young talent in the men’s section, led by renowned Italian rider Riccardo Chiarini, promises a unique combination of experience and fresh energy.

The ambitious calendar includes major world and national competitions, from the Titan Desert, Swiss Epic and Brasil Rice to the Spanish and European Championships.
