12 Giu RD 3 SPANISH ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP 2024
Last weekend was the 3rd race of the Spanish Championship located in Infiesto (Asturias) north of Spain.
All the weekend were raining with a heavy muddy conditions as usual in the north soil like the races in the past few years called really Enduro where the riders get penalized in the transfer.
David Riera was racing more confident in the slipery conditions aftter work her ass to be back where he left before the injury,he put all in to finish P5 E1 both days with his litle 250 XEF and also P18/P16 OA.
Pau Tomás with a lot of more hours on the new XE 300 2T was racing at the TOP LEVEL batleing for the top guys positions but with a heavy crash in the cross test , he dislocated his shoulder but he managed to get in and finally ended up P7 E3 and also P15 OA. On Sunday with a bit of pain , he struggled to find the pace but finally managed to finish the day P6 E3 and also P12 OA first NON FACTORY RIDER.
Liam Sanjuan the youngest riderof the team continue progressing relly fast with an impressive results taking the P11 OA on friday Supertest. On saturday he started really motivated and continue to push in all the slippery test to clinch his first P1 in Junior E-125 and P12 OA first NON FACTORY RIDER .SUNDAY WAS A BIT TOUGH after he left 2 min in the extrem test losing the first position but finally he managed to finish P3 JUNIOR E-125 and P21 OA taking the overall E-125 FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR HIM .
Javier Barcena took the difficult decision to NOT START the race cause his Shoulder injury . Now he really focus to recover from that injury and probably he left all these season to be back for the next one.
