21 Jun Aura Quintana triumphs in Madeira
Aura Quintana from Desliza Vitoria, an ambassador for ISB Sport, has exceptionally completed the competitions held in Madeira. During these days, she achieved the silver medal in the Bioesfera Roller Skate, silver in Calheta Roller Skate, and gold in Madeira Roller Marathon.
Clube Desportivo e Recreativo Santanense and Clube Desportivo e Recreativos dos Prazeres have organized the first edition of Madeira Roller Skate, which includes three high-quality events on the island of Madeira: XI Biosphere Roller Skate International Speed Skating Tournament, II Roller Calheta, and VIII Madeira International Marathon.
The “XI Biosphere Roller Skate” is an International Speed Skating Tournament that takes place on the island of Madeira, an end-of-season event where athletes in this sport can combine the adrenaline of competition with the discovery of fantastic places in Madeira. The tournament spans 2 days, from June 8th to 9th, 2023, and the competitions are held on the beautiful 200-meter track located at the mouth of Ribeira do Faial – Santana. Aura Quintana, an ISB Sport ambassador, secured the second place in this event, achieving a great result for the Spanish skater.
The other two competitions have been a success for the skater from Desliza Vitoria, who obtained the first place in the VIII Madeira International Marathon and the second place in the II Roller Skate. Aura Quintana continues to deliver good results and keeps us excited about the thrilling world of roller skating.
