With Voltregà looking for the equalizer, Arnau Canal, again found goal in a hand to hand to put the 1-3 on the scoreboard.

Girona’s goal was the work of Àlex Cantero.
With this great performance, the Liceo showed the solidity that already maintained last season at home and showed a great image, being owner and master of the ball and absolute lord of the game, against a Girona that had few options to stand up to the green-and-white team.
Match Day 3: CE ARENYS DE MUNT SOLARTRADEX vs DEPORTIVO LICEO
On the third match day of the league, which was played on September 20, Deportivo Liceo visited the Pavelló Municipal d’Arenys de Munt, against Arenys de Munt itself. A newly promoted team that in its two games played, has managed to add 1 point.
In a very similar match to that of the second match day, with a prolonged dominance of both possession and control of the game, the Liceo started the game with great pressure on their rivals, which paid off by scoring the first goal and opening the scoring in the first minute of the game. Even so, in the first half Bruno Di Benedetto’s goal was the only goal we saw.
But things changed in the second half, when the Liceo, where during the first 10 minutes, managed to score 3 goals.
Later in the absence of 5 minutes, the Arenys de Munt, scored his only goal of the match, the work of Marc Puigvert. But the game would not end like this and the Liceo would score two more goals before the end of the game and put the final 1-6.
The goals of the Liceo, were the work of César Carballeria, Bruno Di Benedetto and Alex Rodriguez achieved a hat-trick.
With the final whistle, the Liceo secured the full of victories, 3 of 3, and was placed in second position behind Barça that with only one more difference in the average goal, was the leader of the league.
Match Day 4: DEPORTIVO LICEO vs SOLIDEO PHC SANT CUGAT
On the fourth match day, the Liceo maintained its crushing start of the league against PHC Sant Cugat, another newly promoted, which in its first 3 games, only managed to add 1 point.
In a home game in which Sant Cugat managed to get ahead on the scoreboard in the 10th minute, with a goal from Pol Galbas.
The reaction on the part of Juan Carlos Copa’s team was immediate and in just 5 minutes the verdiblancos were already ahead on the scoreboard (2-1), with goals from Bruno Di Benedetto and Arnau Canal. Subsequently, a blue to César Carballeira missed in the direct by Gilabert forced the Liceo to defend with three of track. He got it and that’s how the first half ended.
The second part continued with the tone that we saw in the first after the goal of San Cugat, a Liceo that stepped on the accelerator and tried to close the game as soon as possible, to avoid any scare. The plan of the Liceo worked and with a festival of goals, managed to finish the game with a result of 7-1.
The goals of the second half were the work of captain David Torres, who added his second goal of the season, Alex Rodriguez and Italian Fabrizio Ciocale, debuted as a scorer in this league, with a hat-trick.
Another victory at home and the fourth consecutive of the season for a Liceo that showed itself to be a very solid team and that conceded few goals to its rivals, while remaining in second position.
Match Day 5: CE NOIA FREIXENET vs DEPORTIVO LICEO
In the visit of the Liceo, for the fifth match day, to the Olímpic de l’Ateneu, the field of CE Noia, a classic of the league and one of the strongest teams at home that in its first 4 games has achieved 3 victory and one defeat by the minimum.
In a very even match throughout the match, the Noia began warning with 2 shots to the stick, until Martí Gabarró in the 18th minute, managed to overtake the locals. That’s how the first part ended.
The second half had nothing to do with the first, as we could see a much more direct game by both teams and a festival of goals that was surely a great spectacle for both the public and all the fans.
The inferiority on the track due to the blue card that Alex Rodriguez saw during the break, Noia took advantage of it through Jordi Bargalló, an exliceísta, who put the 2-0.
The reaction on the part of the Liceo, did not take long to be effective, when in the 29th minute, César Carballeria, scored a penalty. But another blow on the table of Noia, by Kyllian Gil, a few seconds after the goal of the Liceo, put the 3-1.
Subsequently, César Carballeria would score again from a penalty with 19 minutes to go. The bad news returned for the Liceo when Adrià Ballart scored the 4-2. Already little to the end, the successful direct of Àlex Rodríguez (4-3) did not serve to scratch even a point, since a minute from the end, the goal achieved by Aleix Esteller (5-3), put an end to the game and with it ended the streak of the Liceo in the league, which lost its first points of the season and saw how Calafell overtook it in the classification and was placed as third to so only one point from the second (Calafell) and 3 from Barça, which was the only team that remained unbeaten in the league.
